Stockist Terms of Service
These terms apply when a UK business uses the Blast stockist portal to reserve an allocation, order drinks or manage an existing order. The portal is for business customers only, not consumers.
1. About these terms
These Terms form a business-to-business agreement between Blast Drinks (“Blast”, “we”, “us”) and the business identified in the order (“Stockist”, “you”). By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business.
Before launch, Blast must add its full legal entity name, registered office, company number and VAT number (if applicable) to this page and to order confirmations.
2. Accounts and information
You must give complete, current and accurate contact, business and delivery information. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe the account has been used without permission.
3. Allocations and case orders
An allocation reserves a priority level within an upcoming production run. The available allocation levels, case quantities, bottles per case and price are displayed before payment. Stock is not secured until Stripe confirms payment.
Availability is limited by production capacity and geography. We may decline or reduce an order before payment. If we cannot honour a paid order, we will offer a reasonable alternative or refund the affected amount.
4. Prices and payment
All charges are shown in pounds sterling. The checkout states whether VAT and delivery are included or added. Payment is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s own services and security checks. We do not store full card details.
The button that opens Stripe Checkout creates an obligation to pay the total displayed in the order review.
5. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates until Blast confirms an expected delivery date in your account. Production, carrier, weather and events outside our reasonable control may affect timing. We will provide operational updates using the account and mobile number supplied.
You must provide safe, reasonable access at the delivery address and check the cases promptly. Report shortages, visible damage or an incorrect delivery to stockists@blastdrinks.co.uk within 48 hours, with photographs where appropriate.
6. Cancellations and refunds
This is a business-to-business service, so consumer cooling-off rights do not apply. You may request cancellation before stock is allocated to your order. Acceptance and any refund are at Blast’s reasonable discretion and may take account of non-recoverable production, payment or delivery costs.
Blast may cancel an unpaid, fraudulent, unsafe or unfulfillable order. If Blast cancels a paid order for reasons not caused by you, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.
7. Required service messages
To operate an allocation, Blast sends non-promotional messages about payment, production, expected delivery, delays, safety issues and cancellation. You must provide a reachable mobile number and acknowledge these operational notifications during checkout. We will not add advertising to a required service message.
8. Products and resale
You must store, handle and sell Blast products lawfully, follow label instructions and applicable food safety requirements, and not alter packaging or make unapproved health or product claims. Product imagery and Blast branding remain our intellectual property.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Blast’s total liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where the law requires otherwise.
10. Changes and ending access
We may update these Terms for future orders. The version accepted at checkout applies to that order. We may suspend portal access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance or unpaid sums, while preserving access to information required for an existing paid order where practicable.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions or cancellation requests can be sent to stockists@blastdrinks.co.uk.
